I never got a number, posted a pic of my '61 Jazz back in late 2017 in this thread. Picking it up from the shop I had it refinished later this week, back to its original Olympic White finish:

64 Jazz bass. The bass was purchased used in 1971 when I was a teenager. Recently replaced the pots but otherwise original. It is very special to me.
