Yeah, this. ~$14 online. For some reason -- probably because I'm dense -- I never even thought about using a footswitch for the Magic Mute. Any particular one you'd recommend?

With those scooped settings and the horn on, seems like too much treble to me. Did you try turning off the horn? If that alone doesn't do it, turn down the treble and/or boost the mids and/or turn off the Vintage button.

Active bass? Might be the gain is too high. But then the dynacomp should kick in, dunno.
Was it definitely speaker noise?
It wasn't sitting on bubble wrap was it?!
Actually, when I reviewed the vid I took while it was happening, the Horn was turned off the entire time. It just seems strange. Should I start setting the EQ more flat at higher volumes? ... ...
... ... And I will post a pic very soon!
Or you could roll your own with an LED:Yeah, this. ~$14 online.

Beautifully done! But you're making an awfully BIG assumption about Elvis.Or you could roll your own with an LED:

Update:
I ended up going with the Rumble 500, and I love it. I do have one concern, however, with some popping/cracking at higher volume; I was looking to get some answers/insight from anyone who has any experience or similar issues.
I was doing some jamming/practice outside on a wonderful, sunny 72 degree day in Indiana, and decided to turn up the volume a bit. The volume was about 60%, and the Gain at 50%. EQ: bass at 1, low mid at 11, high mid at 11, and treble at 1. The Horn was switched on, and I engaged the Vintage button as well. When I started playing, especially notes on the E and low B, there was a popping and cracking noise. I couldn’t tell if it was from the horn or the speakers.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or have any insight as to what may be happening? Thanks!
With just a hint of VOX!Oh! It is SO totally "a thing" here!

Happy Fender Friday!
.
Noticed my little AC4, did ya?With just a hint of VOX!
I should wait for a while before I get the Rumble 40 cuz there's only two pieces of drywall separating me from my neighbours and I already have the Rumble 15 turned down as low as it will go when I play along to music. It's hard to set that thing at a low volume, it doesn't take long for the power to kick in when you turn the volume knob.
Hardly anybody answers questions in here. I'm invisisible.
Thanks. I'll keep that in mind.In response to your request for answers, Happy Fender Friday is a real thing, provided those who partake do not forget the day of the week.
Also, you should wait to get a Rumble 40 but not a Studio 40. The standard Rumble 40, even with a 10" driver, would not offer much improvement over your Rumble 15 at low volume. The Studio 40, on the other hand, could offer you an immense variety of tonal options as well as the 10" driver, option to use it in smaller venues and a better connection to PA's and FOH. But, those are just my opinions.
Thanks. I'll keep that in mind.
Thanks for the invitation but, I'm on the wagon.Great. Now as one Canadian to another...go have a beer, Eh!
