soko, Rumbler #1374, that reminds me of the group fantasy we cobbled together a couple years ago for a Rumble Club 400 1x15" to fill the gap between the Studio 40 and the Stage 800.
.
I would love R800 Stage head able to do 2 ohms

No.
What you see through ports is white acoustic insulation.
EDIT
I can remove speaker and take a photo of inside if you want to
Lolol. So tell me, is it stock that way? Would help explain the great tone.Haven't you ever?
Gee, that was very first what I have done.
It's like childish tearing teddy bear apart to see what's inside.
I do not. It would increase the "idle" power consumpltion of my r100 which is around 10 Watts now. Also adds maintenance requirements, complexity, extra heat to the system.Anyone wish a tube preamp section on future Rumble V4 range (100 watts - 500watts combo ) ?
In past, the discontinued Indian made Marshall MB series already has valve preamp on their 60watts combo.

Until then, there's this. $220 at Sweetwater. Includes variable High and Low Pass filters. Sweet. Much less expensive than a Bassman 800 head (at $1100).Anyone wish a tube preamp section on future Rumble V4 range (100 watts - 500watts combo ) ?

Oops! When making that comparison chart I wrongly assumed the RB-210 and RB-115 to be 70% of full power at 8 ohms, like the Rumbles are. But, since I've found the owner's manual, I see they are only 50% of full power at 8 ohms, instead.
Oops, again! I'm still learning about the new Ampeg Rocket Bass features. And, I was wrong, again, last time about the RB-112 not having an FX Loop. It does have one! Sorry for my previous errors about these.
Once again, I've updated the chart comparing Fender Rumbles to the new Ampeg Rocket Bass amps. This time I've added the physical dimensions in inches and was very surprised at the difference in overall sizes, by volume. The R200 and RB-115 are the closest on most counts (except standalone power) while the R100 and RB-112 are the furtherest apart. Adding the percentage difference column was very surprising. Please double check my math.

Thanks, I certainly will! I've been loving using my Boss Katana to record. Duplicating that experience on bass is very exciting.Send in pix when you've got it! Congrats.

Woo! L&M finally had a Rumble Studio 40 come in at for a good price on their Gear Hunter site!
I ordered it of course. I have Monday off and that's when it should arrive.![]()
Thanks, I shall! Rumble on.Congrats and I hope you enjoy it as much as I am with mine. Rumble on, my Canadian friend..
Classic and classy rig!I’m a lil’ rumble boy now. Sounds like a bass amp. Love it.
Pictured with my new mint/essentially brand new 1992 AVRI ‘62. It sounds like a bass. By far the best instrument I have ever held (and most expensive thing I’ve ever purchased, sheesh). I love it so much. My father recently passed away so I really wanted to get a tribute instrument from the year he was born (62) but after I saw the prices of those I knew that wasn’t about to happen hah! Decided a reissue of that year would do JUST fine. It sounds KILLER with the rumble.
Posted a lil demo today on Instagram and might have gotten a bass gig out of it, SO it’s looking like I might actually have a place to use this stuff for real! Making some audition videos tomorrow. VERY excited.
