Fender Rumble Club

Since the DI is tied to the preamp, I didn't know if it would work at all bypassing it

The LINE OUT is between FX RETURN and the power amp. The signal path is:
INPUT --> preamp, all tone shaping and EQ --> FX SEND --> FX RETURN --> Hi-Pass Filter --> DELTA-COMP LIMITER. Here the signal splits to [SPEAKER CAB SIM --> LINE OUT] and/or [POWER AMP --> SPEAKERS].

Welcome to the Fender Rumble Club @Magnus Thorne. The overdrives are more similar than not. The Bassman having natural tube compression and drive. The Rumble overdrive having it's own compression circuitry that mimics tubes. You'll have to A/B for yourself. The Bassman 500 costing twice as much as the Rumble 500.

Thank you. I have a few months to decide.
I'm sure I'll change my mind 100 times along the way. Great when there isn't a wrong choice.

Rumble 200c/112 stack, xlr out to FOH, boss bf-2b flanger in the loop. Spiders, system of a down.

Soundguy was hitting the sub's hard, and I had contour button on, so my drone low c drowned out the high part at times. Next time, no contour, I usually like my mids not scooped out. Hopefully more crowd vids surface

Had to plug in the headphones!! Outstanding brother. You know in this ole world there's those that can and then there's people like me who wish they could. Outstanding Rumble on brother Rumble on!!!

Just picked up a Rumble V3 500 head and have played it at twice with my band (heavy stoner rock)> I love this head & so does the band. Im running it through an Ampeg 410HLF & it sounds massive but Im thinking of switching to "two" of the Rumble 410 cabs. How is the low end extension on the Rumble 410 & can it handle a low B? I know its going to be nothing like the 410HLF but im looking for more mids-low mids not just massive low end. The punch and growl of the Rumble 500 is addictive.

Sure thing! And low A too.

You are right. The Fender Rumble 410 is so much better than the over priced & over rated ampeg, it will blow it off the stage and into the dumpster.

You can try x2 210's....thats what ill end up with. That way you'll have the full 500 watts with both cabs and a nice smaller stage rig with just 1. Although i'm starting with just 1 for now, stacking two 210's vertically up seems to make more sense.

its either going to be two 410s or a 410+210 situation. I'm dealing with two half stack 100W tube guitarist and a loud as heck drummer. I use to use nothing but Ampeg 810s & the love of my life the Ampeg SVT 4Pro but I'm 45 now my back and joints dont love me anymore.
