Some Monarch 4's we build with one-piece bodies and EVERY E5S in the first run of 60 will have a one-piece Ash body, so yeah, we do them and we love them. If we could reliably source wood that was wide enough we would build every Dovetail and Bolt-on with a one-piece body. It is one less glue joint and one less step in the build process. Unfortunately tress are getting harvested earlier and earlier (i.e. smaller and smaller) and that makes it hard to get wide enough quality material with which to work...
