BThump, I don't speak a word of German so I sent your message to my German sister-in-law for translation and she replied;

Hi D, it's written in really bad German and the grammar' all over the place. We think he's saying "he lives in the area of Seattle and he thinks young people with Fodera's should get together."

Are you sure this isn't spam, why should somebody who lives in Seattle be writing about coming together with Foderas in bad German? Sounds dodgy...:hiding:, Lets get back to bad English before we really frighten the Germans.:smug:

Easy...

P

Google translator, it sounded better in German, I meant to say junior fodera club, but hey if young people with fodera's want to get together that's cool too.

don't want to frighten anyone.............I'm a hippy:bassist:

I hear ya! No worries...As for google translator:spit:
There's a few Japanese websites that have some great basses and being linguistically challenged I'd love to find out what their saying and Google translator doesn't help at all.

Imagine... if Jin Kim, Timothy or any of our other East Asian brothers start corresponding in their native tounge we're screwed!! :) Well I know I would.

Best wishes to Seattle & have a great weekend.:cool:

Oh man that ole sketch is a classic..John Cleese really went to town on that one. The sad truth is that there's a generation of British who are of the Basil Fawlty mind-set, stuck in the past and can't (or never will) move forward.

But watchout, Lenn will get you back don't worry:smug:

G, Have a great weekend..

ok here, just in case! :D:D:D:D:D

Hey jason or anyone else, what's a good way to remove my ramp without mucking up my bass?

I would like to know the answer to this as well. Jason, as you may recall, you made a ramp for my new Imperial, but at my request, you sent it along unattached, with the double face tape on the back, ready to install. I have to admit that I'm scared to attach it, without knowing the best way to remove it and not mess up the finish!
