The manual includes all current single MIDI CC commands.

But no NPRN? I had an old text file for V1 that had all the NPRN to do editing of sorts on the fly. Sorry I didn't look it up.

1. This description served as the guide to the implementation of the editor. While I think that all information here is accurate, I cannot guarantee this. It can happen that we made some late changes that were not updated in this guide.
2. If you use these commands you use them on your own risk. E.g. if you adjust any parameter outside of the range as defined here, it can happen that the program will freeze (but you cannot cause permanent damage).
3. We cannot provide further support for this, so do not ask questions about it (probably we could not answer it anyway).

OK OK I know I am going to get slammed. But can one very sensitive bassist with the Future Impact do a step by step instructions of making and most of all save it to the pedal and program it? Probably best on youtube. But it would help here too.

Have you read the FAQ section of the manual? Or the section on how to create your first sound? The manual can be accessed via the menu in the editor itself. I’m presuming you mean creating a sound using the editor software.

First you have to make sure you have the FI hooked correctly to your computer. I’ll assume you do. Regarding making your sound you will have to read the manual on that because it is done in-depth in the manual and I could not even begin to explain it as well. — To send a sound to the FI, there’s two parts: SAVE it, then WRITE it. You first Save it in the editor. You may want to create a new folder called “My Sounds” or whatever you want to separate your created sounds from the factory sounds. Or you can combine them all in one folder but name your presets in a way that you know they are the ones you made up. If you want to send it to the FI you HAVE to SAVE it with 2 numbers in front like “22_Name” or “83_Name”. (When you write it to the FI it will erase whatever preset is loaded on your FI with that same number! Choose wisely)

Then to send it you can choose “WRITE ONE” from the editor screen and select the file you just saved. Make sure you have both MIDI cables hooked to the FI. — The manual is really something to read through, take it section by section. Synthesis is very deep and so is the Future Impact. you should also read about sound synthesis from as many sites as you can to further your understanding. It will help out when you work with the editor. Hope this helps.

Greetings all. I hope this message finds you all well. I'm still working a lot, especially with the rise in Covid cases again, but I actually found a little time this week to dust off my Fodera, update my Morningstar MC6 MKII pedal and check out the new interface. Wowzers. Love it. I'm guessing Mr. Q had something to do with these updates. I'm looking forward to dive in soon and get my FI and H9 patches loaded into the Morningstar. Hopefully I'll be able to do it before the end of the year.

FI Buddy
Having serious problems with the program change switch live on stage (step dance...), I decided to develop the "FI Buddy". I wanted not only to improve the program change facility but I added also some features I personally was missing:

1. Readable Program Title
2. Autostart Function of the FI
3. Blender to easy mix dry and wet
4. Additional Stereo Effect

Especially the stereo effect blows up your mind. I am using this for PA Mixing and recording. Most of the Stereo Enhancers use a delay, reverb or chorus. This, however, in most cases is creating a ping pong mix from left to right. I wanted to create an enlarged width of the signal that is still natural. I used for this purpose the good old TDA3810.
