The DD is great. But I think you would find more of what you're looking for with the BDPG first. Save the DD as a 2nd Fuzzrocious pedal. IMO of course.

That's exactly what I ended up doing. Playing the BDPG after my other dirt pedals was phase one. Now awaiting the arrival of a DD to put before all dirt and the BDPG as phase two. With the exception of an EBS Valvedrive, my board may as well say "Dirt - Provided by Fuzzrocious" :)

I just bought a Civil war/GGG-tuned Muff over in the TB classifieds. It was made by Ryan. Here`a link for more info http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f213/...b-7-bass-eq-boss-odb-3-bass-overdrive-890901/

I emailed Ryan a while back when this first came up for sale and he said something to the effect that it was the fore runner to the modern Gray Stache(Ry,please correct me if I`m wrong.)Is there a short hand name I can call this fuzz? Like the Pseudo Stache? Or is this the Mail Order Muff I hear about every so often? Any info would help.

Either way, seeing as how it was made by our Lord and (bass) Savior, can you add it to my list of pedals?

No name. Just a precursor!

So I got a RatTail today. I can understand why its sorta the flagship of fuzzrocious. I must have played for six hours today, just with the RT. It sounds incredible with the Chi-Sonics and a 15' cab. And just as nuts with the P bass. I also see why the RatKingl is super useful. I love setting the filter at 9 and distortion at 9;30ish for a light over drive. But I was having just as much fun cranking everything up. So having two distirtion options would be great. If your still waiting on buying a RT get the RK. So, needless to say, this is now my favorite pedal. I have a whiteface rat, and I like it. But this surpasses it by far. wow
