Thank you, gents...
So glad you guys are understanding and supportive of small builders such as us who do things DIY (painting, drilling, etc.).
We caught some flak on another forum for not having good quality pedals. It definitely hurts to get chastised for doing things on our own.
You guys make us feel welcome and we're glad you "get" us.
Wanted to put in my 2 cents on Ry's customer service.
I've got BDPG #010. Hadn't used it much due to business travel and family conflicts in the month or so since it had arrived, but when I got around to putting it on my board, I found there was an intermittent issue in the tone pot.
Sent a note to Ryan, who said "send it back", and promised 1 day turnaround. So I did. And he did. Less than 1 week later, I'm good to go...since I'm heading out of town on vacation, and didn't want it sitting on my porch, the quick turn was most beneficial. And, there was no question of Ryan taking ownership of the issue and standing behind his product.
That's the beauty of a small operation - personalized customer service and dealing with the guy who knows everything about anything in the product...and can make it right quickly for the customer. Awesome.
Looking forward to testing my BDPG out in its full glory when I return from a week of laying on the beach...
Thanks for the fast service and excellent service, Ry.
Oh, and guess I owe your kid a pic of the paint...
Cheers!
