Hahaha. You caught me trying to weasle word my way around violating the CUP here on TB. I generally try to avoid being loud and proud about things I have for sale, at least outside of my sponsored forum. That bass will indeed be for sale, but shhhhh. Don't tell anybody.

I grew up near Pittsburgh, not that far from the Mason Dixon line. There, it was "yinz", and even today, people from that area are called "Yinzers."

Would you happen to know if anyone has posted a circuit diagram for using the inner coils as opposed to the outer one's?

From last summer......

....The inner coils, when used together, give a sound I've not heard elsewhere: a bit MusicMan-ish in terms of focus ..... The (inner) bridge single coil, by virtue of being back from the bridge a bit, has an actually useful—non-honky—quality. The (inner) neck single coil is the single coil available on the L-1000 which I find to be quite useful, with a bit of a 50's (non-split) P-bass character to it.....

... I really don't regret having done the inner-coils mod on my L2K. Here are some home made clips for ped:

Yes, I was just being silly. Meant nothing by it as here in Texas you all is typically said y'all.

I did not take it personally! I usually say ya'll, but things get switched up every now and then

When I graduated from high school, I headed southwest, away from those nasty Appalachian Mountain winters, and I just kept going, little by little. The detour to Arkansas was an aberration, and a terrible mistake. (No offense to anyone who digs Arkansas.)

I was born in the Southwest (Las Cruces, NM), moved further Northwest (Astoria, OR), then started the migration east (Rocky Mtns of CO), before I spent a few awful years in AR through high school. I returned to NM for college (back to Cruces), and aside from a short stint in TX during college, I've been home in NM ever since. Arkansas was awful as a high school kid who grew up in the Desert/Coastal/Mountain Western US.

AR wasn't all bad, but it wasn't good.

I welcome reminders that as someone who enjoys pretty things, I'll ever be rid of G.A.S. entirely (very manageable thus far though, I own 2 basses and 1 guitar).
