It's just a standard series/parallel/single coil wiring, so no special diagrams. Each pickup gets a switch and then each output from the 2 switches goes to either a pickup selector, or (as in my case) separate volume controls. Or you could use a blend pot.

As for noise, there's some single-coil hum if only one coil is selected, but otherwise it's fine. Just keep your inner/outer coils matched and it will be noise-free, like a jazz bass with both coils on.

Well, that is certainly possible, but that's physics. IMO, all 4 coils in parallel is a very scooped sound, but that's just the nature of it. The scoop happens because the pickups are sensing different locations of the string and as the string wiggles in one location, it waggles in another and the resulting sum adds some frequencies and subtracts others.

I'm actually getting ready to make this mod on my fretless L2500. I'm a bit more of a single-coil jazz bass kinda guy, but I also like to solo the bridge pickup in parallel. It's a GREAT sound on the fretless L2500. Having independent control of each pickup is a nice option.

G&L has some of the best finishes out there. Love the clear colors. Been thinking about a clear red with matching headstock with a bound maple neck......whoa somebody wake me up I'm daydreaming again!

Got this tribby from GC online for under 400$ brand new. I had heard they were good quality but I am really impressed. Kills the mim p bass. Playing down tuned sabbathy rock this just fits the bill. Surprised more doomsters aren't playing these, oh well their loss.

L-2XXX owners, does anyone use independent series/parallel/single coil switches for each pickup? Is there any phase issues, or other problems with this setup? And i already searched in talkbass and bassbyleo but i couldn't find a diagram for it.

I had done it on my M-2500 (now sold).

I got the schematics from @TorBass on TB.
Here they are:
