G&L Club Part 7

I had my first commercial session with my tribute L-2500 today.

This thing is a stable killer.

I will admit I'm usually playing a Lull but if I'm not I'm plying this.

hmmm so Steve and I have been telling you, and that is a Tribute-- wait till you get your USA :D

I have to say you guys have a valid point. ;)
Played in passive mode through a REDDI for a flamenco piece and it was killer.
These basses can go from Hi-Fi snap to thumpy in a snap.

cool. I just dug my G&L out to bring it out into play rotation. Since I moved into the new place everything is all discombobulated, still unpacking & sorting things out.

Don't have the big music room anymore, but its a bigger house; all the guitars, basses, amps etc have their own bedroom :)

So last night the StingRay got packed in & the L1505 came out!

Will see how it sits with the soundguy, my passive fender was all mud no matter what I did, I gave up on it & went back to the Ray.

You hit the nail on the head...
They are just fun to play.

I love my Lulls and they are my bread and butter but I'm so digging the L series basses right now. It's a nice yin/yang combination.
I can't wait to get the CLF L-2500
My tribute is my official travel back up now.
