Gamers, what are you playing these days?

Damn, wish I had seen this - I basically just got the HB for BF3.

BTW, you only had to pay OVER the average to get BF3 and the Sims. Oh well, it's going to charity. :hyper:

Are any of the other games good? Mirrors edge?

I wonder if that changed, I just looked now but I could have sworn it said "Pay $X.XX over the average" (or words to that extent), with the $X.XX being equal to the current average.

I just hit the $10 option anyway, good causes, would give more if I had the money to spare at the mo!

Apologies if I posted the wrong info guys! Brain has been melting recently!

Only bummer is that my premium status for BF3 on Xbox doesn't carry over to PC, but oh well, I think it will still be worth it

It is a pain (have Premium on PS3 here).

Edit - Still £39.99 for Premium on Origin here. Ouch, hopefully will drop in price (or all be free, like what happened with BF2) soon after BF4 is released.

Now that I think about it, I think I saw the bf3 premium bundle for Xbox on sale for 39.99$ at Walmart...

They should really drop the price for premium by itself.

In regards to the Humble Bundle, I find the variances in donations between platforms quite interesting.

$4.81 Average purchase

$4.74 Average Windows

$5.41Average Mac

$5.74Average Linux

Conclusion: Windows users are the cheapest?

It does seem that way. The majority of donations comes from Windows users and the games are mainly for Windows. So I suspect there'll be a lot of Windows users who are getting it just for the games while donations from other platforms are primarily to donate (with less interest in having th games)? Speculation tho.

Just picked up Saints Row IV last night. I played it for about 20 minutes (not counting character creation time), and it's already far exceeded my expectations of bizzaro wtfness. I'm a littlle bummed that they ditched the sexy Russian female voice in favor of an odd Asian/Hispanic amalgam, but I'll live.

One more month to GTA5 (finally)...

And then, Elder Scrolls Online!

Goodbye social life!

Still playing Skyrim, but getting bored with it. Any 1st person RPGs that are worth a crap? I see that Diablo III is coming out and I'll probably get that but I really do prefer 1st person to 3rd person.

D3 is already out, it's an expansion that's coming :p And the console version for ...those people... :ninja:

I assume you already did the fallouts?

I loaded civilization 5 and I'm not having as much fun with it as with the previous Civs. Seems slower and the AI seems somewhat insane. Friends flip on you at arbitrary moments and alliances are flaky. Hate the whole city-states idea and the map seems wildly out of whack. I had the African continent full but only had about ten cities on it. Gonna keep playing it because I afraid to start browsing the Steam catalog. Don't wanna spend a lot of money on games, ya' know.

Man, why can BF3 play like BFBC2 on the PC? I've been logging plenty of time on BF3 and either the guns or hit detection is bad for me. Then I load up BFBC2 and it plays like a dream... So glad there are actually people still playing!

I have gotten started on Saints Row the third since the last HB and a bunch of other games I haven't tried yet.
I got Dead Island as well but I am terrible at horror-survival games, I freak out too much and run towards light every time!
