Don't forget to check out Rocket Music.

Greg is a TBer and has a sponsored forum here. Go to his web site, select Shuttle 9.0, enter the discount code "IGNITION" and the get the discounted price of $749. You may want to check to see if he is still including the bag.

No affiliation with Rocket. I bought two 9.0's from him though. I sold the first one :scowl:, had seller's remorse and bought a second one. :help:

My luggage showed up late for gig in Monte Carlo, Monaco so i wound up using Backline provided.. The GK1001 does not compete with my shuttle at all.. The gk1001 does this thing when you get on it it shuts off for about 5 LOOOOOOOONG seconds...
Had my Shuttle on the remainder France gigs and it kicked tail... used on provided rental cabs.
Figured i would be brave this time and put the Shuttle in suitcase instead of carry on... never again... its small enough to go in carry on...I should know better by now,

Did you carry on your bass, why not store it with the Bass?

When i fly in the USA i carry bass on and put in Clothes closet except on Southwest airlines.. Hate Southwest airlines.. ughhh
But this was international on KLM and they recommend that i put below so it went in my road case in luggage.
Not enough room in flight case fro shuttle but it fits perfectly in my Alleva Gig bag front pocket otherwise.
BTW.. KLM is now my favorite airlines of all times..

Only did three gigs...
One at a very nice music venue in Monte Carlo called Moods... One at a castle and another in Paris at Bobino Theater.. Co-billed with Robin Trower...
Food was very good in Monte Carlo and in Paris. The waiters were somewhat on the snotty side... not real nice...
And not one drink served cold.. Even Iced Tea,, you get 2-3 ice cubes in the glass which melt as soon as you put the liquid in the glass.
Monte Carlo in Monaco was incredible. If you are driving a Mercedes or BMW you are slummin.. All i saw there were many many Bentleys, Maserati's, Lamborghinis, Bugatti's etc. Two Bently dealerships next to my hotel.. All 5 star hotels.. My room was right on the Med Sea.
Here was my hotel room.

Video does not portray how nice it actually is..
Beware i say the F word in it.. I use that word alot , but Im from NY.

But the food was very good.
Although i ordered a Filet Mignon one night and it was lost in the translation.. which turned out to be a pork Fillet and not Beef.. But still it was great..

Shuttle kicked tail too.. Only did as you said. Flipped the switch and put the Euro Adapter on and it did great.

We have been using Paul Middleton on sound who has been mixing for Bonnie Raitt for many years so the sound has been incredible.. And he likes mucho bass in the mix..

How was France? Tell us more about the gigs and the venues (and the food ;) )

@burlington: what were your settings like? I've got the same set up, still trying to dial up a good tone.

I'd have to look at my amp, I'll take a picture tomorrow at practice and post it. I know that my treble and mids are fairly high, and the mid sweep is set in the lower range. L.F. boost is on, but I cut the bass knob back to about 10 oclock.

I also run with a compressor in the effects loop, that really helps with the punch. The Ibanez has something to do with it too, my other basses don't get the same punch that hits you in the chest like this combo does.
