Genz Benz Shuttle 9.0 Appreciation Thread

If anybody decides to order from the UK source, please PM me. I would be happy to split the cost so we could save a few bucks on shipping.

I also got the knobs from the U.K. (after also looking extensively in the U.S.). Yes, the shipping cost is higher than you'd pay in the U.S. but the knobs are pretty cheap and the combined cost isn't worth the hassle of the couple of dollars you'd save by splitting the shipping. Especially if a bunch of knobs were sent to a single location and then had to be mailed out to the other folks who chipped in.

Fyi, the delivery was really fast; as fast or faster than if I bought them in the U.S. The communication from the seller was really good too.

Thanks. Probably just go ahead do order.

Still have and love my 9.0 knobs and all.

You just can't beat the power and authority the 9.0 packs. Plus it's super light weight and portable.

Why even bother with these other little smegmahs?

I'm sure my Tone Hammer weighs as much as the "9"...ok it's slightly smaller!;)

Packing light wasn't the correct phrase small would be better. I knew I would be camping and having lots of outdoor river and rocks fun during the day at this Moab festival and tons of irresponsible fun after our sets. I just wanted everything to fit in one easy container for ease and prevention of stolen/lost gear. My vintage tweed bass case can not fit the 9.0.

The backline rig was a Sansamp pre and a Crown power amp, I couldn't get my Genz Tone with the Aguilar or the Sansamp so I plugged my GEB-7 into the rig, went pre eq on the Sansamp DI and came pretty close to "my" tone I get from my beloved 9.0.
