Ed Friedland had it out on a gig last night and said it rocked. I'm surprised he hasn't posted here yet.

he sent me an email. He mentioned that when he turned the amp on, a patron at the club screamed: "my eyes, my eyes....those blue lights have seared my retinas". They then ran screaming, while blinded, into a support beam.
He never got around to mentioning how the amp sounded.![]()
LMAO! Comedy gold! While a GB "standard", those blue LEDs are indeed retina-searing. Maybe an Off/Lo/Hi selector switch could be squished onto the chassis somehow?
GB has a nice T-shirt too.. Yet rare... Nice!

Do you know which cab(s) he paired with it?

I dig the LEDs!
You guys are crazy if you're passing on an amp because the lights hurt your eyes. Puleeeeze...![]()

I concur with 'tacky'. Extremely. Same with Aguilar. Play a TV gig and it's an embarrassment.
I thought maybe the lights had finally been toned down or eliminated, but apparently not. Thanks for that info. Keeps me GAS-free.
