ugh...I cannot find a single place within 200 miles of me that has one of these heads in stock. Most of the dealers didn't even know these existed. I am not one of those guys that will buy it to try it...this is a big drawback of GB IMO, they are extremely difficult to find and try out in person. I can find just about any other manufacturer locally...it's a shame.

I believe Rocket Music has a 7 day return policy.

That’s amazing. They are here in dusty Arizona, figured southern Cali would be better for equipment.

Huntington Beach.

I called all the dealers from San Diego to Santa Barbara and no one had any in stock. I guess this isn't unusual with such a new product, but I was surprised that none of them even knew about these heads. Another weird thing is that no one seemed to have any of these heads on order. They said they could special order it though.

To be honest I'm not sure I'd be willing to drive to Santa Barbara or San Diego to try one out. I was willing to drive into LA though.

keep in mind that we are a small amp company. Also...this is a very new piece of equipment. It may be frustrating that a dealer doesn't know about it, but......hey....we're actually shipping them.

It takes a while for our reps to get around their territories and they were just trained on this gear four weeks ago. TalkBass knew about it before they did.

The "big" brands do business with a lot of national chains too. You can't find Breitling at Kay Jewelers though.:bassist:

West L.A. and Westwood have them on order....so does Guitar Trader.

Ahh, did not know that. Still I'd love to be able to test one out locally and not waste money on shipping costs, etc.

Yeah, I can find just about everything else around here. Genz seems to be catching on more. There is one store that actually had a lot of GB stuff in stock, but most of them didn't carry the bass stuff.

+1 to hasbeen on the Breitling comment (for thosr that know what a Breitling is). Some of you need to realize that TB is ahead of the game. By the time the typical dealer catches on to this insane streamliner craze, everybody on TB will already have one and be on to the next thing. And i aint hatin, my SL 900 is on the way! Just realize for those late to the party, you cant go into your avg local mudic store and expect to see Genz products let alone a streamliner.

I missed guitar trader, my bad.....San Diego:rollno:, darnit..

I'll have to call again to the westwood and West LA stores and speak to a manager. Maybe the folks there didn't know there were amps on order.

thanks for the assist!

Dan

glad to help.
