If it is attached to your cab/cabs at 4 Ohms and you turn up loud enough, yup. The Master Volume does not effect the DI signal.
Also if you are not running cabs it can be used as just a DI Box. For unaffected sound use Pre (meaning before the EQ section) if you want to add a bit of Color to the Board when running just as a DI, such as Contour B or some Drive, switch to Post (meaning sound after the EQ).
All knob adjustments on Post DI will effect the house except Master Volume so be mindful of how you "add to the sound" or Ruin the sound out front.
Picture of the Magellan 800 cabless used just as a DI to front of house, I do this every weekend.
In my case I send Post with a bit of Drive for flavor, all else flat.

Yeah I often practice at home with my MG-800 unplugged from cabs. (When the wife is napping) I was waiting for you to enter this conversation so that I would “get it from the horses mouth”.

Thanks! Yeah they won’t allow us to have cabs on stage most unfortunately. So it sounds like I’d prefer to run the DI post so that I can add some flavour to my tone when I need/want it. Too bad the volume control isn’t of use when using as a stand alone DI though. Are you running the direct output, level line or mic? It’s been so long since I’ve used any bass amp as my DI.

Is this the settings as is that you use when playing without cabs connected and as a DI?
You need to coordinate this with your FOH folks. Line is a bigger level signal than Mic. You need to set it to whatever the FOH console takes and how they adjust their channel/strip gain/trim. In other words, you need to ask FOH what they want. There was a post about this in this thread not long ago...
As said above ask, it is best to start with Mic and if they complain you are too low hit them with Line.
Line is very hot so best to start low at Mic and have them adjust the Trim/Gain up for you, then blow out their system with loud distortion because they had that channel set for a Mic level input. This is especially important if you are in a situation where the Sound Person does not know much about what they are doing beyond making everyone loud.

Nope, this is my cab setting. I switch it to post for no cab and IEM. My FOH guy asked for mic level and I never switched it to line. With or without cab.

Volume does not affect DI - only gain and that’s if it’s post. I often change stage volume without affecting foh

The channel volume knobs are what affect DI volume. Not the master volume. The gain only affects DI on the drive channel, but the volume knobs are how you set your DI volume.
So, I'm preparing for my gig this evening with this Genzler rig. I'm planning to be a little more nicer to the audience than @Joeykun, but only as nice as this Little Monster lets me!

I know it’s not on trend these days, but I’d love a big single cab solution from Genzler. My SWR 6x10 has been my ride or die cab for 15+ years now, but it’s getting a little long in the tooth.
Yes, I could run a 410+210, but I greatly prefer single cab solution for loud, raucous hardcore that doesn’t always have adequate FOH support. I know the typical hot-take is “punk rock/hardcore doesn’t need good tone, just thrash, bro”, but nah, son. And yes, I could just go Ampeg 8x10, but I don’t want to. I love my MG800, and would like to keep it in the family!

I am fortunate to play regularly through backlined Ampeg 8X10 fridges. Something to be said about playing thru one of those beasties. The Magellan sounds so good thru all those drivers.
