Glad to comment though of course with a disclaimer that these are my opinions and impressions and your mileage may vary. I don't play upright and playing fretless in general scares me but i'd be very surprised if you aren't impressed with the MG-350. I play a [fretted] 4-string Sadowsky RV4 and whether in active or passive the MG-350 suits me. I find it provides all the clarity i also want but with plenty of warmth if that makes sense. And with lots of b**ls behind each note! The contour curves provide really nice musical tonal variations, and even when contours are turned off/flat, the "basic" EQ is just fine.
I am really looking forward to getting the BA10-2 cab and setting up my combo rig because the cab is certainly part of this whole sound equation.

Thank you! I feel the GAS building. I play upright and a Rob Allen fretless. I feel like I am missing some clarity with the Shuttle. Eager to try out the new Genzler combo!
