Genzler Amplification Club

Anyone know if the mg112t is discontinued? I have one and was going to add another. I guess I could always do a mg112tv underneath the mg112t...hmmm

If you contact Greg @RocketMusic i believe he has them on sale.

Yep, I have a pair of those still in stock. They were brand-new-in-the-box until about a month ago when I pulled them out intending to shoot a video with them. I haven't done that video yet, so they're just sitting here beside the original boxes waiting on my slow self.

I'm happy to [Invalid or Expired Link Removed], or I've got [Invalid or Expired Link Removed].

Just did another Gig with my trusty Shuttle 9.2. Still a great amp after all that time. If it ever goes south, I replace it with a Magellan 800.
If it ever does go south and you are willing to ship your Shuttle to the states, it's still covered under the flat rate service plan.

Well, I hope this will be far in the future. The Shuttle 9.2 and SM9.2 are master pieces and are my to go amps. They play in the same league with my Glockenklang amps. I wish we'd had such amps 40 years ago.

BTW: Your support is outstanding !

When I first got the 10-2 Series 2 cabinet out of the box, and mounted the head, I was dumbfounded. I knew the dimensions, from the website, but wasn't prepared for the tinyness.

I had/have a very small setup before, either the Quilter 800 or the Mesa D-350 paired with an Acme B-1, but the Combo is smaller. When I plugged in and started playing, I was floored by the big voice and the tone. It seems to defy the laws of speaker design physics.

Most other Genzler owners on this thread have the big guns- M800, 410-3, 15-3 and the 12-3s, as well as the bigger Nu Classics, but probably don't have the 10-2s, and don't have experience with them. They are remarkable.

Obviously the 10-2 won't compete with the big cabs past a certain point, but the 10-2 combo could easily be the best small gig amp available. The combo has impressed me every time I've played a show with it.
I really think when I make the switch to the 2x10 it’ll help me out a lot! I really wonder if I should get Re/q or something similar anyway. I play with compression pedal with the genzler. the 15s are great im just personally think I will
Enjoy the 2x10 more. The 15s for something are to much i my opinion. But I almost wonder with the the re/q > compressor or just re-q could help take some of my hot Spector Euro down just a tad.

Played a private event this past Saturday with my trusty Magellan 800 and 2 of my 3 BA12 cabs. It was a huge backyard and I was running pretty hot. Not max, but hot. Went great as usual.

The following morning I set my rig back up for practice and when I start playing, there was a lot of distortion coming from one of the cabs. I was flabbergasted to even think I could blow a cab. Well, as I looked closer I found a stick (more like a twig) which perfectly fit through the grill and wedged itself beside one of the drivers. I removed the grill, pulled the twig out; problem solved!

What a relief :D

@RyanAVA ---- Wow, that is a weird one, for sure. It's amazing how something so small can get through those tiny holes in the grille. And it does not take much for a foreign object to make sure a bad sound when laying against a driver.
Glad you had a great gig and we do appreciate you using our gear.
