Lucky guy. I see nothing like that in my future.Looks like both of my regular weekly jams will be restarting soon. Wonder where I put my shoes?

Jimmy Page used a tele on the early Zep recordings.
A tele is probably the most versatile guitar.

Maybe you can toe jam to Lawrence Welk.

I'm not a fan of the original and this didn't help it any. But they are an attractive couple.![]()
WOW!!My walnut build is starting to come together...

Maybe you can toe jam to Lawrence Welk.

Not what you typically hear on Lawrence Welk. I wonder if the show ever realized that the song was about excess and marijuana.
"One Touque Over The Line." Somebody dropped their favorite hat on the way to/from Canada, and are praying to Jesus they can get it back.I'm trying to think of how it got misunderstood, perhaps.
"one toe cover the line" ....maybe about a kids game?

I tried that excuse, but it didn't work in my house. They heard Jesus and thought that it was a spiratual song.

This was more LW, a real toe tapper
Man, you aren't kidding. They have fallen so far from what they used to be.Years ago I bought a couple of La-Z-Boy chairs. Thought that I'd be comfortable for life, turns out that it was a disappointment but that another story. Their business model at La-Z-Boy was based on a used car lot, it must be where they find their sales staff. What a slimeball company.

There are certain stores that I hate dealing with. Years ago I bought a couple of La-Z-Boy chairs. Thought that I'd be comfortable for life, turns out that they were a disappointment, but that's another story. Their business model at La-Z-Boy is based on a used car lot, it must be where they find their sales staff. What a slimeball company.
In the end I went with a Tempur-Pedic ProBreeze mattress. The problem with Termur-Pedic is that stores carry some models that nobody else does so it's hard to get a price matching deal. I went to two places and felt that I needed to wash afterwards. At the third one, I found a salesman that wanted to deal. He told me what the ProBreeze is called in other stores, surfed the net for me and found the best price and matched it plus 10% off. It worked out to less than half of the store listed price with tax. Still expensive enough though.
All mattress places seem to offer price matching. He also said that they want people to pay full price but with price matching people don't. Mattress places seem to have the same used car business model as La-Z-Boy. Reading the Termur-Pedic warranty is page after page of why they won't honor their warranty. What a business.
Despite all that, my back is happy with the product. I'm glad that I probably don't have to shop for a new mattress again. You know what I mean.
.We're lucky here, with several Original Mattress Factory locations around Atlanta. We've had great results with the mattress we got from them, and never a hassle buying there.I am hoping I don't have to be a new mattress for quite some time. I have been a salesman most of my working life but, I do not like dealing with them.
