That setting is for the runs.

The BAC 111 was also a nice ride. Flew one r/t on TACA between Miami and Belize in '72. My first flight with a drink trolley with full sized bottles that the FAs poured the drinks from. That's when I decided international flying was for me!Some fondness for the BAC One-Eleven, too. Heard tell the Soviet copy was known in the business as the BAC One-Elevenski.

The closer to the front, the better! Loved the way the 7-2 rotated. One quirk with that aircraft was that the First Class lavatory door opened out into the plane instead of towards the flight deck. How's that a problem, you ask?
What makes me not want to land is the historical fact that the moment I'm down I'm walking into a world of pewp. Nobody drops me on site because everything is just wonderful.
Likely I should not be surprised I'm looking forward to my Chicago flights. I find a certain contentment as I'm present to all the preflight checks. All the sounds ... I know what they are and why ... air travel junkie, I swear it. And having noticed an enjoyment in takeoffs, also an equal dread in landings. Not any fear of unanticipated excitement at touchdownWhat makes me not want to land is the historical fact that the moment I'm down I'm walking into a world of pewp. Here in retirement (hear that @alaskaleftybass ?) I'm looking forward to these flights. When I land, I'm walking into something really, really good this time![]()
Sorry, I'm calling it:It is at a radio station in Geneva, and all there is to know in this utterly innocent...

There ain't a single [bleeping] thing that goes on in a radio station that can be described as "innocent," least of all involving female guests of disc jockeys after business hours.
Mind you, I'm not saying it's wrong, necessarily...
...just not "innocent."

Speaking of three hour tour tours, a new rabbit hole has just made itself known to me:
The owner of that company is an old friend of mine from the windsurfing industry days and a pretty good guitarist to boot.
