It's my inoculation day, so there.

Speaking of three hour tour tours, a new rabbit hole has just made itself known to me:
The owner of that company is an old friend of mine from the windsurfing industry days and a pretty good guitarist to boot.
series of events that lead to the nickname is it involves a typewriter
Was Inspector Clousseau involved? In the time of TB Elsewhere, an old friend of mine found me. It is this gentleman who is responsible for my nickname, La Contessa. It is at a radio station in Geneva, and all there is to know in this utterly innocentseries of events that lead to the nickname is it involves a typewriter
and he did get a ring the next morning from the local constabulary. It remains a total mystery To. This. Day. Even to me.![]()
To hit the trifecta, he needs to start a physical therapy/rehab/prosthetics company, near the beach. Just sayin...
So, you gonna give it a shot? It's my inoculation day, so there.

That's actually a decent little airplane! Flew one r/t between Montreal and Halifax. Air Canada managed a full meal service on that short flight. Good short-field performance. But the quad engines killed it.Yep, I used to go to the airport in WPB and watch ops while listening on my scanner. Kinda frowned on any more.
Once saw a British made smallish jet transport(RAF registry) take off with the (now) late Prince Phillip at the controls and radio.

IDK. IF I was flying across the 'drink', I think I'd prefer a little redundancy. You know. JIC. 'Course I've not flown commercial since 12/25/70.That's actually a decent little airplane!
