The Louvre Pyramid is pretty spectacular.

Maybe a geodesic dome would work. I’ve seen them used over pools and in gardens. Then there are the radomes on ships and at airports.

Just a guess mind you, but I suspect this is a tad more formal than Andy's taste...I see him going with more of a horse barn motif personally.
Okay, how's this:

My brother and some friends used to work in this building in the 1980s; we called it the building with real balls! :D

It wouldn't be right to have just one.

I recall that when that Hughes division was sold to Boeing, it created a lot of waves.

This is an interesting tour of a weather facility: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]. They get the weather wrong over a 250 km diameter.

It's nice to have some relief and cool evenings for sleeping. After a brutal summer, they are predicting a way brutal winter, with lots of snow and below normal cold. Hope that they get that wrong.

We were in a park today eating some fries. Some sparrows were dining with us, they like greasey food. I commented to my wife that they looked pretty fat. She thought that maybe it was because they hang out near the greasy spoon.

Animals are way smarter than we are, they somehow know when it's going to be a cold winter. I haven't seen any dogs in the neighborhood with really thick coats yet, so I'm hopefull.

Still getting up into the 90's down here, dang it. I gotta be in Maine Oct. 1st for a job. I'm gonna be miserable.
Before Value Jet had to change it's name to Alligator Feed, Wife and I would catch an early Winter flight to Daytona, off season, no tourists. Usually take off Friday and Monday and get a $30/day Lincoln or Caddy 4 day deal, hotels at half price, all the stuff still open, but very empty and quiet. Last time we went it was unseasonable cool, like in the 70's and the water was still warm. I was the only one swimming. Locals had jackets on going up and down the beach. It got down to the 50's on our last full day. Locals had parkas with the hoods up. I couldn't resist, grabbed a beach towel and went swimming :D A bit cool getting out, but still felt better than the weather I had left behind :D

Hopefully it won't be too cold yet, Kevin. Here it doesn't usually get bad until mid to late December, but we've had snow in October before.
