The original variable venturi carburetor...... I haven't messed with a Predator in about 35 years.

Iirc, not all of them came with an idle kit, I seem to remember adding one to a Predator we had on my buddy's 77 Blazer.

Eventually we ditched it for a good old fashioned Quadrajet.

I have always been a fan of GM Opels. On my wedding day we became a two Opel Car family. My wife arriving early on our wedding day in her 1969 Opel Kadett Rally Sport. That same day I arrived in my 73 Opel GT.

I had a gold Opel Kadett Rallye like the girl in the picture, only mine had a black vinyl top. I always thought they looked like mini Chevy Novas.

Yep, they were sold at Buick-Opel dealers. Then GM messed up with a very bad judgment call and and stared to import an Isuza -box from Japan and tried to past it off an Opel with the Opel logo. That was the death of Opel in the USA.

Looks like a 1968 Newport

We visited our daughter in Portland, OR last week, and I saw several interesting cars including these two. The first is a JDM Nissan Pao, which was built 1989-1991. The second is a first generation Plymouth Valiant, which was initially just called the "Valiant." More to come!

Let's add a couple more from Portland, a righteous El Camino and a wonderful Citroën 2CV. Even after seeing all sorts of interesting cars in Portland, I wasn't expecting a 2CV. I've only seen a handful in the U.S.

There's a guy in my neighborhood that has (had?) a JDM Pao. Also a bike shop in Athens GA used to have a 2CV as their...um...I guess "advertisement" car (it was parked on the main street and it had their name on it.)
