Glad to see some Genz Benz Uber 410 love. Mine has seen many many cover band gigs since 2012, and is about to get thrown in the trailer for an afternoon outside gig. I have seen it bounce, and it keeps going.
Love my Ampeg 410HLF. Very deep lows but I don’t find that it gets too boomy. Really responsive as well.
I'd suggest the Berg HS410, if you can find one, it makes any amp sound good and is pretty efficient, it's on the heavy side, but we'll worth dealing with the weight, for the tone you can get

I'm into ultra lights. I have a couple of 4X10 cabs.
The sleeper was the SWR "golight" series, now discontinued, but a steal on the gently used market. I think it got out-marketed by a couple of the other brands, but it rocks. I have the 4ohm version and run around 500 watts into it. It even comes with casters, even though it's light enough to carry for most of us.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the 410 I use. It is DNA's DNS-410. It is the clearest, most articulate, and Loudest 410 I've ever found. I like the Eden sound a lot and this is from David Nordschow's (founder of Eden) new company DNA Amplification. It will handle 1400-watts rms and is amazingly sensitive (rated at [email protected] [1 watt @8ohms]). SPL's are always kind of iffy because they are typically measured at one frequency and we don't just play one frequency. However, I can tell you this sucker is LOUD.
I use an Eden WT500 that has been upgraded to 800 watts bridged at 8 ohms and I run it bridged into 8 ohms. Inside I can't run that amp with the master set above 9:30 or it will push people out of the room. I played an outside gig with it recently and was excited that I could actually turn it up. So I moved it up to 10:30. Then I had to move it down to 10 o'clock, and low and behold finally moved it back down to 9:30 at the club owner's request. And this was done with my amp and cab behind the stage and about a foot below it on the asphalt of the parking lot. The flared and textured shelf port was pointing underneath the stage and about a foot behind it.
This cab is super clear sounding and when I play bass chords on it, you can hear each individual note with no problem at all. I typically run my amp flat with a bit of a boost in the low-mids at ~250Hz. If you play it next to some other 410's that are good sounding 410's and then play through the DNS410, it sounds like you have removed a blanket off the sound when you play through the DNS410. Can't say enough good things about this. I believe the street price is still around $1,049 to $1,099, so it's not cheap. Took me a while to save up for it. It's been out since 2010 and I finally got mine in April of 2015.
Here's a video snip of us playing that outdoor gig and if you look closely you can see my amp and cab behind the stage (you can see the 10" speakers, but not the shelf port). This was about the third song in so I was still set at 10 o'clock and had to drop it to 9:30 after this song. This is a phone video taken by the owner of the pub, but there's no mistaking my bass in it...or the time I hit a G instead of a D in one spot (DANG!). I know all of you will hear that immediately. My only excuse is that I was singing this song at the same time and continued on as if it had never happened...

Ive never pushed it that hard in fear of my heart stopping.
I like 4x10s I have owned 2 GK 410 sbx plus cabinets and they are my personal go to cabinets if I am using a 410. Also they are pretty cheap used like in the 150-200 bucks or so area
Barefaced. Although you might want to consider vs their 210 cabs to make the comparison fair to the competition. Efficiency *and* tone.
And I realize someone always jumps in and says Barefaced, but here's my latest experience. July 4th I played country/rock/surf outside on a flatbed in Wyoming while fireworks were set off in an unsafe fashion. My instructions were "we're outside so bring the big speakers." So I brought *both* BF One10s and the Prodigy, no pedals at all. Sure, the guitarist's twin wasn't totally cranked, and I was, but there was plenty of bass and the tone was godlike. And yes I was sadly sober (needing to drive home later) more's the pity.
If you have room to pack a 4x10, I can't imagine a stage that you couldn't play. And they're light.
Unlike most gear I have, the honeymoon period seems to be working backwards here; as they break in they just get better and I've been just itching to tell somebody how happy I am.
At least worth considering.

I like my Epifani 410UL. Not only does it sound great, it's only 57 pounds. A win win.

Eden D-210 XST. Can handle 1000 watts RMS. It’s an extremely well tuned efficient cab with an outstanding frequency range. No, no NEO option, just a well designed cab and speakers.
Wow! A 4x10 IS a big cabinet. I have a couple, but rarely drag them out. My 2 single 12's will knock over a SUV.
i switched from 4x10 to a vertical stack 2 x 2x10, and i wouldn't go back.
with the venues you're playing, you will get a lot more out of the flexibility of being able to bounce between 2 or 4 10s, and also drop from 4 to 8 ohms.
the elevation really helps me hear the bass, and also works great to throw distance at outdoor gigs. sometimes i bring the full stack and only plug into the upper 2x10.

Another vote for the Epifani UL-410Epifani UL410
I've got a first generation, which you can find for $300-$500 all day long. It's pretty light and ridiculously loud. And it thumps pretty hard and moves a ton of air. It sounds great as well.
I run mine with several amps and it likes all of them.
What's fun is running mine with an Ashdown LB30 (30W tube head). That combination gets stupid loud. I have done a ton of gigs with a 30W head.
However, with a Mesa Walkabout....I can kill small animals within a few feet of that cab.
I'm really interested in Barefaced's Four10 as well, but there is nowhere I can test one, and no videos on how they sound.
