They came out when I was first starting to play in bands. Around here they were like the squier CV of the day, except only beginners seemed to buy them. They sounded great, I thought. If they had sold them for more, I wonder if it would have changed peavey's image a bit?

I'm glad Peavey doesn't have a great reputation - the old USA stuff is great and cheap (most of it).

Be careful, twice now I've bought something from the GC used section and they took my money to pay for the item then said they didn't have it in stock, so not only did I not get the gear I wanted (was also trying to time it's delivery with something else I bought) but then it took like 5 days to get my money back.

And another time I bought a reverb pedal from theM and it came to me in pieces.

You have to call the store. Don't just but from the site.
