I'm curious...why an 80's tribute band? Someone who was 21 in 1980 is now 63. Is that the demographic you're wanting to attract?

My daughters are 10 and 13. Some of their favorite songs are 80s pop. Their mother and I have not steered them in that direction. Their friends love 80s pop too. It's making a big comeback.

There's an 80s cover band called The Breakfast Club that has been killing it all over the Mid Atlantic region for years. They still draw big crowds and get great gigs.

I'm not sure being at the tippy top of the age group at the very beginning of the decade makes the concept irrelevant. I'm 52. I'm definitely NOT a 90's child. In fact, I'm almost more a 70's child than an 80's child when it comes to music. And my 9yo loves Petra (80's CCM) - granted he's not really hit the rebellion thing yet. But many of my 20-30yo nieces and nephews are also big into 80's music. I'd be interested in seeing actual stats if the KTD (Kids these days) are actually going OUT to see BANDS. I suspect not.
