I doubt any of the tuners are stock. The dark ones look like Sperzel guitar tuners, in which case the posts would be questionably small for bass strings.I was thinking the same thing. Maybe the stock E tuner wasn't to be trusted with a B?

I think someone might have tried to mod it at one point.
Maybe not five figures, but Ry Cooter did tour with it, and now making copies of his modded guitar is a cottage industry. My brother has one and after hearing it in person, it’s little wonder so many guitar players are ga ga about the Cootercaster.If someone famous toured with it for a year, it'd go for five figures on Reverb.
