Where do camouflage cargo shorts fall in the spectrum?
I tolerated that from a band mate for six months that felt like eternity.
Worse than khaki but less loathsome than jorts
Guitar player hates when I bust out the red pants, but our female singer (and band leader) likes them (She's a red-head and the band is called "Red Delicious"). This was at an outdoor festival and they wanted "80's" - we were opening for a Journey tribute band. Note - I don't like the fit of these, but they were the only red pants I could find

Seriously, though, we most use LED lights, which aren't that hot, and if it DOES get uncomfortably hot, I'll shed layers at break.
But mojo sweats anyway.

I buzzcut my hair, wear all black. I'm 50. No one mistakes me for some grandfather who's wandered up on stage.
I've been a Doc Marten guy for 20+ years, but now that they make Chuck Taylor's with arch supports, I'll be getting a pair of those in the not-to-distant future.

I try to get my mates to wear dresses, but those guys are pretty boring. I actually have to reel it in a little so we look like we belong together. Luckily our singerbabe is at least a little flashy.
This is my roommates band (bottom right, plays the saw), & they've got a fun & beautiful presence when they gig
Edit: just realized their drummer is wearing a goodwill granny dress on top, and a clockwork orange looking jumper with a wig and fake boobs in the bottom one. He doesn't look silly at all ... cuz whatever he decides to wear, he 'owns it' & pulls it off to look good. It's not for everybody, lol

Our band never argues about anything, but I can see this fashion nightmare leading to a doozy, involving a possible rage quit on my end!
