I have a HUGE problem and need help asap!!!

Well, the tech finished with the fender yesterday... He said it was a bad input jack, but we'll see as soon as i get into the studio tomarrow...

Thanks again guys and ill let you know what happens tomarrow......

OK, we will asume the Tech replaced the battery too, BUT, did he reset the clock to it's proper time???

Please, OH PLEASE let us know how this all tuned out

I meditated on this for the past 12 hours and I have come to a startling revelation.
Maybe, just maybe, it isn't the battery in his bass at all. Maybe it is the battery in my bass that's been the problem all along. I'm going to change my battery in the hope that it will alleviate his problem.

The problem can only be one of two things. It's either his clutch or the sound of his chick in his ear. I would recommend surgery at this point.

Buy a freaking Acoustic and/or hardwire the Active Electronics - Batteries are bad for your health and the environment.

If none of the above works - try tuning the Bass and once you think it is in tune - tune it again. If that does not work - box it up and ship it to me.

I can't believe that after all the post that no one has suggested the obvious culprit within an active bass. To me it sounds like your flux-capacitor is on it's way out. Just get that replaced and all will be well.

But in order to fix the flux-capacitor, you need to have a battery that gives 1,21 gigawatts of electricity. (if you can't find it anywhere, just let me know)

And let's all change our batteries to support punkindrublic's Fender emotionally!! That will keep his moral up!(I meant the bass)


Btw, did tech ever thought of changing the batteries? That might helped a bit. If he didn't do it, punkindrublic, my friend, you have to do it by yourself... I know it's hard but.. you can do this!

Just as a sidenote: whenever the battery in my tuner dies, I replace it with the one from the bass and put a new one into the bass. This way I don't need to worry about the one in the bass.
