I love my Blower Box, but I can't help wondering what it would be like with a crazy fuzz as well. I plan on getting the Devi Ever Big Sound distortion Machine as soon as it comes out.

It sounded alright with my swollen pickle before I sold the pickle. It's a toss up for me to get a BDSM or a Mantic Vitriol..I like it with fuzz but I have found that it will sound better before or after depending on the Fuzz.
The mid-scoop is really in the ear of the beholder. I didn't notice one with mine, but I also keep a good amount of mids in my amp via the rotary controls and graphic EQ. I think a lot of the issue is the overly powerful nature of the bass control and high end sizzle of the treble and gain that I could see it playin' tricks on the ears. Especially if you don't have a fair amount of mids in your clean tone. All this aside, I don't remember who it was, I think Shuman, who tested the different frequencies of the pedal, and it showed no mid scoop at all.Well, it arrived yesterday and I got to play around with it for a few minutes. I think the best way I can describe it is that the sound exactly matches the pedal artwork. Loving the high-gain sounds so far, but I need to spend more time outside of the face-melting range.
People mention the mid-scoop...can the be somewhat mitigated by dialing back both the treble and bass and increasing the volume?

Wow, there sure are a lot of these in the classifieds these days. I remember at first there was so much talk of "Blower Box is kicking Rat Kings off of boards left and right". It appears these are now flying off of boards. Interesting how needs and interests change so quickly.
Isn't that the point?Meh... Just keep on peeling faces...

got girlfriend to order me one for xmas. finally going to get my hands on this![]()
They play well together! IMOSame here, haha. Mine shipped out today. Interested to see how it interacts with my b3k.
Good to know. I imagine putting the BB first and using the blend knob on the b3k would make for a pretty big range of tones.
