Stay long enough, post a few thousand times, and you get the Talkbass equivalent of a gold watch. Here it's a P bass, strung with flats, a tort guard, and an on board active tube preamp.

Well personally I suck bad so I need as much help as I need so 6 is just about right. Maybe 7.
Good plan. More strings mean more notes! Which gives you more of a chance to blunder into the right one

Fired your drummer yet?
Score:
0 points if you haven't realized your drummer needs firing
10 points if you've realized he probably needs firing, if only so your singer will engage the audience more.
20 points if you've already sent him a PM/SMS/email asking to have a chat, where you plan to fire him.
40 points if you skipped the chat, ordered a pizza, and will fire him when he delivers it
100 points if you fired the drummer before you knew it was a thing here.
Additionally:
+5 bonus points per 10% tipped on the pizza delivery
+ Metronome bonus, if you can fire him with a metronome running, and you can stay in time through the entire firing, collect a bonus equal to the BPM setting on the metronome.
All are additive, so if you did the pizza fire, before you knew it was a thing here, tipping 20% and runing a metronome at 188BPM - and staying in time, then you've got 40+100+10+188 for 338 points and a bloody high score!
In a somber meeting with our largest client (1997) the meeting leader calmly explains that we use too many TLA's. As I was truly not on the same page I asked what is a TLA? Three Letter Acronym, and to this day I wonder if others saw the humor.
