Always check the input levels going into the track then adjust track output volumes and mix to please

And I just tested it, and it works perfectly. YES! Now to do a live test with an amp so I can see if there's anything audible that is an issue in on-the-fly switching for effects, etc.
What are you impressions of the build quality of the Airturn? Images don't look like it very stage worthy for the long haul.. but it's tough to tell from images.
It feels very sturdy. The pedals are solidly mounted to the board, which appears to be high-impact plastic. The cables are mounted underneath a routing ledge that is also plastic and has a non-skid rubber strip under it. The BTS105 is actually velcro'd to the board, as there are no screw-mounting holes in it, like there are with the pedals. It appears very sturdy, but I wouldn't let a gorilla jump up and down on it. Mine fits into the top ledge of my iOS rack nicely. Can't wait to get home from my daughter's ballgame to do some serious testing.

Hmmm. The AitTurn will also work with expression pedals, won't it? Look forward to more impressions.
Just got back from the daughter's softball game. No, the Airturn will not work with expression pedals, as far as I know. But that being said, contacting them and asking would probably be the best bet.
You'll get one, going to try it at lunch for home practice, got a jam session tonight where I can try it as I intended and then the weekend got a very exciting get together with another bass player where I'll really be pushing the limits of all of this.
Physically its a lovely unit either metal or a very high quality plastic on the red part, the black bit is a more rubberised surface but it feel rock solid, came with a lightening and 30 pin connector and I didn't realise the output is also stereo so I'll be trying it with a trs jack and see how that works out.
Next step will be to buy a blueboard in mid september and that'll be me done as I think an Apogee Duet and Softstep is just a little ott, but who knows

So does the Sonicport handle output as well? Or do you still have to use the device's headphone jack?
Yeah it does the output as well, like I say does mono and stereo out of the sonic port, main reason I bought. Doesn't feel like a pro solution if I have to use a 3.5mm jack out of the iPad.
Yeah, I agree. I haven't had any problems using the headphone out, but I'm also running directly to a DI box from there. I'm probably gonna get an Art USB Dual Tube Pre when I finally get an iPad.
Just easier, if I had to use a 3.5mm cable I'd get one custom made and then a second as a backup and it's just one more thing to forget that completely destroys your rig, at least with this it's all 1/4 inch and I can integrate it into a pedalboard with a simple TB loop.
Anyway given it a blast, very impressed, you really don't realise how bad the irig connector is till you try one using the dock connector.
Sound is clean, nice input levels and output levels, all the fx work beautifully now, got midimorphosis working, it's great, very happy with it now, going to do this jam tonight and just go straight into the fx loop of the trace rig available and just give the ipad my best effort, but the line 6 is a game changer for me. The quality of sound seems better than the Alesis IO Dock I had as well.
Also I can confirm it's very robust as I just walked a way from my desk with the jack still plugged into the interface(iPad disconnected luckily) and pulled it all off the desk onto the floor, not even a mark.

Just saw this video on the LINE6 sonic port....
towards he end the reviewer states that it works with the native line6 app of course and works with jamup and ampkit but in amplitube the setup screen says that the interface in not supported.
hopefully this is something IK addresses in a future update.
