Yeah, something is amiss with Soundcloud. I'm getting errors, too. I'll try to get it sorted. Kinda different than my normal depressing stuff. This is faster depressing stuff. 
so I have an iPad with lots of moogs and oberheims etc in it and a small Korg keyboard
I'm really wanting to channel my inner Stevie Wonder. I can't program jack and I'm not finding much that works
..any ideas? I really love that "Superstition" sub bass

The good news is there's plenty of info on Stevie's tracks. But if you want to cop the vibe of a particular sound, some tweaking is required.

Run multiple instances of JamUp
Return to last used preset in library when launching JU - I don't always remember which one to search for.
The last used configuration is on the screen, so the preset list should snap to whichever preset is still there...
Drag presets to reorder in JamUp - maybe press until they start jiggling and then move them like iOS icons
More effect slots - at least one more or build in the noisegate and highpass filter so they don't suck up slots.
Effect library - save effects presets.
Bass/guitar frequency range selector for effects. Leverage the existing effects for both needs.
Stereo Effects
Bias
Group custom amps in Bias - bass amps, guitar amps, clean amps, etc, in their own folders...
Show basic circuit model in Bias amps
More tube types in Bias - KT66, 6550, EF86
Both
Export/import presets for archiving, increased capacity, backups, sharing
Easily clean up old amps from Bias/JamUp - perhaps indicate if a Bias amp is/isn't used in JamUp
Interstage clipping indicators to keep the gain staging in the green..

I did my first full on band session with the iPad and Blueboard yesterday.
Now I've used Jamup into an amp before but had to be fairly limited as I couldn't turn fx on.
But basically the midi implementation is a killer in Jamup I've had to end up using Amplitube again as there is just no usable way to have an overdrive and fuzz on Jamup pro with individual switches
Implementation wise it was perfect.
Bass into Line 6 Sonic Port into Ipad 3 on a Hercules HA300 (really recommend this) on a standard Mic Stand out to a Radial JDI
Using the Blueboard and a single additional footswitch for the tuner
There was a little bit of lag using the blueboard, not enough to be an issue in the mix but I'll be updating my iPad soon and that will reduce those issues.
Jamup really needs to get its act together otherwise their hardware controller won't cut the mustard live either.
That said if you were just switching Presets you'd be fine, this is an issue with me turning individual pedals on and off.
So yeah assuming there is sufficient PA support I'd happily gig this setup, I'd still rather use Jamup as it sounds better than Amplitube with the filters etc but I just can't.

I just emailed Calvin about the switching issues. Hopefully they can work it out in a future update.

+1 to all of the above. This is really well thought out.
++1 to marking which amps from Bias have been imported.
++1 to dragging preset order in Jamup.
Also would like more info from Bias on what the purpose is of all the switches on the internal workings of the amps - like the Tube stages, bias adjust, and multiple sets of EQ.
Really surprised there are no 1-10 cabs.
My biggest complaint with Jamup is the knob movement is hard to get the hang of. I bought Loopy the other day and you can tweak those knobs very small amounts with ease. Jamup is really hard to control by comparison.
Some of the controls on some of the devices in JamUp are definitely too touchy...
Both the graphic and parametric EQ pedals could be more precise.

I've noticed Positive Grid that we bass players want 6550/ KT66/ KT 88 tubes and more info on the internals
Thanks, Duke21. I'm surprised at how many people are interested in BIAS as an educational tool. A lot of us have been curious about what goes into making an amp and how the components affect sound but don't have the electronics background to understand it. So more info would be helpful to those people as well as sound tweakers.
If you really want to get into this, check out The Tube Amp Book by Aspen Pitman, the founder of Groove Tubes. Gerald Weber's books are pretty good, but Pitman is da man.
It's pretty much the tube amp bible. In addition to a wealth of explanatory information in layman's language, it's a treasure trove of schematics.
A buddy and I had a blast going through the chronological archive of Marshall diagrams with his homemade 100 watt Marshall clone, trying out the circuit changes from the 60's through the 80's. It was a perfect illustration of how small component changes can shape the sound of a tube amp, from bluesy almost-clean to high-gain screamer.
