Jule Amps Monique part 5

Thanks Mark and Joel.
I couldn't find the weight even though I'd been scouring the net too. If it's lighter then the DB728 it would have to be below 57 lbs. Ok, I guess I'll call Demeter anyway. I was just curious. I had a lot of time this morning so I got interested. Have a great day, guys.
I had both and I definitely think the Demeter was lighter.

Sorry Mark. I know I'm reaching way back and focusing on off topic, but do you or anybody else know how much a Demeter VTHF-300M weighs? I know it's very heavy.

I have both the VTHF-300M and the DB728, and the Demeter is definitely a little lighter. I will try and weigh them both when I get the time.

I just read a post on Jules facebook page that he's going to have his 500 watt pedal amp at namm. If any of you guys are going, pics/pricing would be greatly appreciated.

I'm more interested in the blender drinks and burritos that Jule will be providing. But I'll see what I can do...

Yup. And thanks for asking.
I stuck into an M700 chassis, a new 500 watt version (again from Hypex). This 500 watt version should probably live in a smaller enclosure than the M700, but for now it is NAMM ready with vinyl stickers that say, "M500" on the front. (Don't tell anybody. :))
I am truly surprised at how much this things adds. I admit that I fought the idea of a "small" amp. Didn't think it could do what I want on the B and such. Impossible to describe, but it only takes about two notes to get it.
I am hoping this thing can eventually live in a pedal-size enclosure, but it is way too early to tell.
To make contact with me at NAMM it will be best to text me. The number is the one on the website. See y'all there. :hyper:

Oh yes, and Marsha will be with me. So you can meet the responsible adult of Jule Amps.

Jule - If we're trying to find you at NAMM should we look for a booth named Jule Amps?
Look for Kalium. Skip Fantry is showing his new cabs using Jule Amps for all the amplification. 2500, 700, and 500 will be represented. Even a Dove Cage. Skip is good people, so it will be fun.

Jim have you had Monique yet? I mean do you have a Monique? Hope all is well
All is quite well, Peter. Much to be grateful for. Busy December and January for Monique Dove Cages. And I thought I was going to kinda sidle off into the grumply old man scene and have time to read all the books stacked up around me.
I am amazed. Deeply grateful to know and serve all you good people.
The books will wait.

Pete,
no I have not tried Monique; even though I've been lusting after her for about 7 years. If I did embrace her it would be in conjunction with my Berg IP (IP310, or IP112ER/HT112ER). I just have too much great gear to justify buying more. (First world problem, I know...) But maybe I'll break down in a moment of weakness and take the plunge. (I did that with the SA200 last year and have no regrets)

I'll be at NAMM on Saturday and will search out Mr. Dude.

Jim

Well if you have any SA200 regrets ring me up. I’ve been trying to hunt one down for years. Never seem to come at the right time.
