anywhere....most cases work.....take your bass to be sure but I can "swap out" any case with any of my Laklands....
I believe so.....absolutely LOVE my Fralin-equipped BG! asked Carl about this the last time I was in there and he believes they do make at least one 5er P......he also thinks they are special......if he likes them also - they gotta be special.....Carl is trying to figure out what is "different" about Fralins....has not got it yet but he is one smart Jedi so.....maybe some day!

The "real cool guy" is Dan Lakin and his troop....although he is too modest to admit it...
yeah, every tuesday night....that is my long day. I lead a mens bible study that morning at 6am at work then after work go straight to practice and get home about midnight....right about 11:30 my eyes get really heavy....lol, but it is a great group and they guys have become very good friends.
Im talking about a actual Lakland case. I have a nice tweed case but I want a straight up Lakland case.
Just thought I'd post a pic of my USBGPJ in Coral Pink. This was when it still had a maple board. I've since changed the neck to rosewood with a matching pink headstock. More pics to come!

glad to hear they are good friends!!! I usually stay out 'too late" the nights we have practice as well....we have a "mens bonding session" after practice.....
ahhhhh...e-mail [email protected] and see if they have any "rejects"...sometimes they do...may not be in 100% condition, but sometimes you get lucky!

Ian...that is fantastic!!! I like it MUCH better with the RW board and matching headstock...as with most (all?) Lakland colors, pictures come "close" but do not show the true beauty of the color......
Took my JO5 (Skyline with the Lakland J pickups) for a little spin tonight...just fooling around with recorded songs etc....for some reason, it REALLY growled like never before...wow!!! not sure what kind of strings are on it (have not changed them since getting it from BIGREDSIX a while back...maybe he knows.....
maybe they have just been worked in enough and they are in the "sweet spot"...it has always sounded good but..tonight wow!!!! makes me glad I did not trade/sell her the few times I thought about it....afraid to at this point...may never get "this" sound back again!!!
