I'd love it if I could afford to have Dan build me one, same LPBlue color, black pg, add a chrome br cover and SD Bassline pup, BEM fb would be sweet too.

Anybody else think this would be a HAWT addition to the Lakland product line??

Oh yeh!!!! I know of one being built...but right now it is a "worker's custom"....but then again, so was SC so maybe it will find its way into the hands of a LOGger some day!

Greg had a picture of the raw body on this thread a few weeks ago.....Kevin - one of the techs (well, the head tech) is building it for himself.....will be blonde with a rosewood and maple blocked neck...told him he should talk Dan into offering it...I would say they would go fast!

now if they would just make a 5er.....then.....

However, he has previously said that he will probably get another Lakland jazz in the future, albeit a 4 string this time.
I say get the DJ, and GAS over the HB later down the track.

I mean, what fun is bass if you can't GAS over gear that will make you infinitely better (a Lakland)

Also, does the AC part of ACDJ mean Adam Clayton, I hope I don't look like a fool now...

congrats Terry! the people in the office must think you are nuts with all of the wood coming and going...

BTW - that will make a SWEET addition to "Terry's Spice Rack"....just need to get it going!!!

PS - did I say NICE bass my friend!!!???
