Here is my collection, but I need a maple finger board for that jazz. I bought it because everything else was good and I figured I could use a change to rosewood. BIG mistake.

I wouldn't call that a mistake. It just means you got the rosewood one first... nothin, says you can't have both. In fact, i recommend it!

A 15yo Warmoth P-J with bird's eye neck/walnut body and a rescued 1957 P bass.
I hate glued on maple fretboards with a passion. My PRS has one as does this Warmoth. The Warmoth does play nice and the EMGs are coming out for some Fender/SD pups.
I can feel the difference in resonance while playing. IMO...Fender makes the best factory maple neck. The 50s necks were mostly hand made.

I wanted a Birdseye Maple fingerboard for my Mosrite clone. I bought a Carvin neck for the project and they provided a nicely figured board.

I always wondered what Sting's bass would look like when it was new - so I put together my own version of the Sting bass. Of course, not everyone's cup of tea, but I wondered what it might look and feel like with the weathered orangish finish - and without the fugly bridge and pick guard screw holes.

Not sure what you're saying here. The bass I showed in post #1 is a 70s reissue Fender P, and was made in Japan in 2017.
