Matching Headstock

I liked the look but wasn't really sold either way.

But I really loved the Bronco neck and it's playability, so I opted to put it on my Franken-Musicmaster bass. It's so thin and smooth it helps alot with the arthritis in my hands, it also brightened my tone too.

But I think it looks washed out so the next project will be the headstock getting painted. I'm thinking it'll be the same red that is on the end of the body horns. As smooth as it plays now it looks a little washed out in my opinion.

Yes!
Both are fine.
This one i put an aftermarket neck on and was going to leave it natural after I shaped it. Looked funny so I darkened it a little and it looks better. Not matching though.

i might still go black to match the pg... plays fine regardless.

Is that a Fender neck on Lakland body? Or all Fender with a Lakland bridge?

Hi!

It's actually a Warmoth jazz bass, with a Lakland bridge.
MJT nitro finish, hipshot ultralight oval head tuners, Lollar single coils, and a poly finish on the fretless board.
Assembly, setup, fingerboard coating were done by Pat Wilkins (super gentleman, easy to communicate with).
