It first started showing up when I first fired up the amp. So at that time I thought it was just a cold tube or one starting to go bad. Then it went away for a bit. I then sold the cab to a fellow TB'r out west. When he first got it he emailed me saying that he thought the speaker was possibly blown or cone shifted. He took it into a Mesa approved shop and they found it was the switch. It was a 65 dollar repair, which I paid for of course. You'll know as soon as you bypass the x-over. Good luck.
