my mini doom rig. easy to carry in one hit. lurking behind is the darth vadar part ( mesa PH 1x15)for bigger gigs. still waiting for the invention of antigrav to be able to handle the big gun in one go.

I am not a young person so my rig needs to be light and portable ...
i am fussy so my tone needs some warmth....
I am going deaf so I need to be able to hear myself...
and when I get lost in the dark because of age onset disorientation and failing eyesight I can still locate my rig because it is the one that glows in the dark...![]()

Which part is the mini ?
I know in mine it has two cabs but somewhere in the dim history of this thread there was mention of a mini being something able to carry through a turnstile on a subway
With mine it works along the line that my guitar goes on my back in soft bag
The amp goes in a small gig bag and that straps over one shoulder and then one cab in each hand. It's do able in one trip so I figure it qualifies as mini
Chuck into that the head is 600 w and goes into the two cabs each rated at 400 w and for its combined size weight and quality it has a little of the doom factor
The idea with the mini rigs of doom as I understand is that we don't pretend to be competing with 8 x 10 set ups or similar because large rigs are understandably in a league of their own
The mini's are about least amount of weight and size and how much power can you squeeze and to what limit in tone range and quality.
And carried on one trip without assistance from a road crew or the need for a truck....
I hope this text is accepted in the good faith it is sent as I wouldn't post my little rig on a thread which was 'show us your big gig or stadium rig'...
Any way it's just a bit of fun and no doubt you have a put a lot of effort on your set up and good luck to you.
Doom factor no doubt but without intending to come across as offensive in any way I look at your pic and whichever way i look at it I just can't seem to get where the 'mini' part is....
Is it just me or Am I missing the point here?? Lol !!
Still think that most here are missing the point of DOOM. There's nothing mini about DOOM in any form of the word. I just can't seem to get where the DOOM part of most of these rigs are, mini factor absolutely! This are some fantastically mini rigs.
