Did anyone audition for Nathan's top 40 band?
I sent in my info, but I still haven't heard back from the bandleader.
Any news?

+1 for the win!!!
Luckie..
From the little I know of you and the band's history... you're what they're looking for.
Last I heard they were still searching.
As always, the best way to connect with them is to show up to a gig.
I know the leader and band are both on facebook.... Issue with automated communication is not getting lost in the irrelevance pile.
I'd suggest either showing up and speaking with Charles or connecting with Nate.

not so much... $175-$300 and it takes a week+ to do. That's just unreal.
How did they do it in the videos you watched? The ones i've seen they heat the frets up with a soldering iron and use a special pliers to pry out the frets.I've fretted a couple necks myself and after going through all the work involved I think $175 to $300 sounds like a good deal. Just getting the old frets out without destroying the fretboard can take hours. Watch any youtube video on refret jobs and you'll see its a lot of work.
Are you sure you need a refret? If they aren't too worn you might be fine with getting them leveled and dressed. For that matter has it had a regular setup done?
It's a 09 ESP LTD B-50 worth probably $75-100, if that. Roseboard, no lacquered or anything. In all fairness though to Mr. w....what is the bass you wanna get re fretted?
