the tone selector deal should be fun to play with for a while. For like $300 on sale it would be hard to say no.

Like it. The body reminds me a bit of an old Ibanez Roadstar. That kind of chunky, unfashionable, no nonsense 80s look. In a good way.

I think this thing is hilarious. It's essentially a by Fender copy of an Ibanez copy (ATK) of a Music Man Stingray which was designed by Leo Fender. Humor by design.

I mean, sure there are a few mods, but Modern?

With all the constant complaining from some people how Fender never does anything new, just recycles Ps and Js, I can't wait to see how they deal with this. (if at all)
