Or if my Fender's neck was broken and Fender sends me replacement from their factory and i just put it in one piece with body... It is not a Fender anymore?

Because, the bass in this scenario was originally a Fender manufactured instrument, not a parts one of collected parts gathered from various sources by the owner.
That would still be a Fender, but when you go to sell it the right thing to do would be to mention that the neck is a Fender replacement, and not original to the bass as it fist came out of the factory.
If you put it back together missing a few parts would it then be a fenderless
If there is an issue with the OP's build with Fender parts he must address the issue with his builder and not Fender!

So would it be perfectly ok for me to take a 2005 Fender Jazz body and slap a 1965 Fender jazz neck on it and try to pass it off as an authentic Fender Jazz bass? Afterall they're just pieces of wood and they're all made by Fender and no body pays any attention to things like date stamps and serial numbers, right?
In my book there's a big difference between an authentic Fender bass and a bass assembled by an owner using various Fender parts. Thirty years from now one of those basses will be worth a lot more money than the other. So yes there's a difference.
I guess Fodera, Sadowsky and Nordstrand didn't get the memo that wood is wood; and that parts an assembly don't matter!

Bolting the two together is assembled
Im going to take a break from poking fun of bad grammar and the copious amounts of butt-hurtedness occurring on what has now become two fixed positions: one side says, any tinkering or modifying its not a fender and the other side says as long as its fender parts its still a fender no matter what you combine.
Cmon both you two collective "a-idiots", I think its somewhere in the middle. Im not sure where the threshold is, but Im guessing that if you have to replace a few parts yourself like a tone knob or a string or something, its still a fender and if you really drastically combine a bunch of different parts and really reconfigure the whole thing, its not factory any more.
Feel free to return to really crappy grammar and argue incessantly about where that line is now.

Yeah... not a Fender but a parts bass my from Fender... parts.
As others said, if you tried to sell it you morally shouldn't sell it as a Fender bass but a parts bass you assembled yourself.

My bad, I missed the "part" where the OP said all parts were purchased from Fender.
Huge difference in telling someone that a bass was manufactured by Fender in comparison to purchasing Fender parts to be assembled by a person of your choice.
If Fender does not acknowledge it as one of their manufactured basses it is not and will never be a Fender.
