What is a Vag car?
What is a Vag car?
take your pick:What is a Vag car?
No, their engine were designed by Porsche. When Seat left Fiat and before entering VAG group, Giugiaro designed their models and Karmann developed their car bodies and project industrialization.
So, it was true that their 1.2 and 1.5 engines were "sytem Porsche".
Congratulations on your '54 paranormal Jazz.
I never knew that these existed.
Not to detract from your NBD......................about 6 or so years ago, I put this "parts bass" together which is very similar to yours.
(Warmoth body, Allparts neck, Fralin dual coil neck pickup and a Fender Super 55 dual coil bridge pickup, concentric knobs just like yours.)

OK, then I might still be in the market!
I can play any number of higher-end basses I choose from my stable, but when I tried this one by chance, it became my absolute hands-down main gigger, and I’ve already driven it through thirty or forty shows in the past three months or so. And all with my “Fenderish” duct-tape headstock label proudly displayed. It just fits me like none other, and for only $300. WowI have to admit that this model design really appealed to me. Something about the look and configuration, although not typical, just fit.....in my opinion. I did play one briefly at a local shop and was impressed as well. Congrats on the new bass!
A fellow VAG fan I see
Edit for the last "Bassist" line:Fender: Check out our new Dimension bass! It has humbucker like a Stingray
Bassists: Meh
Fender: Okay, what if we keep the humbuckers and offer you a body style that's a little more wild? It's called the Meteora!
Bassists: Meh
Fender: ...okay, what if we took a Jazz bass and added a p bass plate and pickguard to it?
Bassists: OMFG TAKE MY MONEY RIGHT NOW!
It's gotta be a little disheartening being a designer at Fender.
