All distributors have the new version in stock by now, and so do most dealers.

If you happen to encounter any issue, as with any of our products you can simply let us know and we’ll coordinate a replacement ASAP, as well as a return shipping label for the original unir (so the swap comes at no cost to you), and we’ll also include a small gift for your troubles.

Well my replacement arrived Thursday and it’s working perfectly. It also sounding great too. After a disappointing start with this pedal, I must say it’s a great tool from my brief experience. I’ll update my findings after tomorrow morning’s service.

@Darkglass i have emailed you and support on 30th September to get my pedal replaced but it’s still unresolved today. Sorry if I’m being impatient - it just sucks that I preordered this pedal and is still unusable right now. I’m not 100% clear on what the long delay is.

Does it not work if you unplug the pedal from the power and plug it back in? Mine only fails on powering up the whole board. Once it’s plugged back in it works fine.

Edit:

It still needs to be replaced but I wouldn’t call it unusable. Your issue may be more severe however so apologies if that is the case.

Yes you’re right about that. Sorry for my poor wording. I’m just frustrated not knowing exactly why mine is still unresolved for this long. Unsure what I’m waiting for I guess

yes, it works if you wait to plug in the power line until after you’ve powered up your board. I used mine until I sent it back for replacement.

what percentage of the first production of these pedals have the power issue?

i dont THINK mine has an issue (powers up with the rest of my board every time) but did the issue happen over time or did everyone who has the issue have it happen immediately
