NFL Week 17

Even if the Bears weren't trying too hard, was a good game for #4 and seemingly his last game. What a downer way to end the game on that interview with him ballin like it was his last. He can still play circles around Grossman and Griese and I wish he's stick around one more season. I was lucky enough to see him 3 times in person this season, though.

Well, the Colts' D still sucks. What else is new? :hmm: However, they did get the win and Dallas Clark finally returned! :hyper:

What a day though. The Bengals and the Broncos are starting their off season already and NYJ and the Chiefs are in. Wow.

Page, I guess Denver doesn't get the chance to put the whoopin' on the Colts in the playoffs, huh? ;) That honor will probably go to KC if the Indy D plays the way it did today.

Oh come on. Anytime that group of criminals in Cincy can sit home and watch the playoffs is a good time!!

Did I mention how excited I was to see Santonio Holmes running into the end zone and punching the lights OUT, OUT, OUT for the Bengals!!!!!!!!! :hyper: :hyper:

I am sad the Broncos are out though. I went to a game at Mile High this year, and so I was hoping for them to at least make the playoffs. Maybe Cutler could have been this years Big Ben in the playoffs.

No joke. It kind of bothered me how Andrea Kramer get asking about it anyway, when it was obvious he did not want to talk about it. Oh well, I guess she has a job to do also.

So tell me loyal Packer fans....was the end of the last game last year like that also? All the glad handing, players going out of their way to shake his hand and say goodbye? The photo with the entire offensive line? The chumming on the sideline with other offensive players?

I'm sad to say that I think Favre is done. At least I did get to see him in person again this year.

booyah! domination from start to finish... i think favre's back for one more season, maybe two at most.

tonight you saw what this defense is coming to, big pressure on the qb, opurtunistic secondary, tight on the corners... we've come a log way since the beginning of the season. some more depth in the secondary, another really good defensive lineman, and another good receiver (te or wr) and i think we will be dangerous club to play next year.

i dunno, was it just me, or did we make the bears defense look like this:

No, Low. That was low. :p We got beat fair and square..which really sucks.

I was almost afraid that refs would mess the game up. They had a moment of confusion there for a min. However they kinda got their things together and i think it ended up a pretty good game. Sorry for the loss. :)

PS I think it would be kinda cool if favre comes back. Guy still can play IMO and young guys on team can gain from him. just IMO.

I've seen enough of grossman:spit:
No pocket presence what so EVER.

mrpackerguy Even if the Bears weren't trying too hard, was a good game for #4 and seemingly his last game.

I don't know what i saw out there tonight, but i do know that
i don't trust grossman anymore. Yeah probably star the 1st. playoff game but he'll get a quick hook if he struggles.

And as for Farve... hey he did have a good game , but that was easy for him when the middle of the field was open all night. ok.
I hate the cover 2 scheme.

Anyway congrats to the Pack on a nice win
more later....

ok, i'm so mad i put everything in quotes.

Ah yes, as you guys may recall, I did make mention of Favre being the Bear Killer. :D

Good to see him go out on a good note, if indeed it was his last game.

Packers defense sure exposed the Bears offensive weaknesses...i.e -they have no QB. Well, they do, but he doubles as their punter. ;)

I don't buy for one second that the Bears mailed in that game, given that they played their starters for most of three quarters. Then again maybe they were resting, seeing as how the Bear's Double "G" QB tandem played like they were asleep.

We didn't make the playoffs, but we did show the rest of the country how, after further review...the Bears still suck!

i'll agree grossman sucked last night but what get's me is that they we're running the ball down gb's throats from the get go and just did'nt stick with in the first half Benson was averaging over 7 yds. a gain. also gb did a good job on the TE
keeping him covered.

As i said before i hate the cover 2 and there was no pressure up the middle all night so i can't for the life of me figure out why they didnt.
Lastly this was GB's playoff game too bad you guys could'nt do any thing the first half of the season but they do have LOTS of money under the cap for next year to get that TE and amybe a wideout.
But for now you get to watch us in the playoffs, better luck next year cheese heads!:smug:

Two reasons stand out why you guys got creamed last night, and why you won't get far in the playoffs...

1. Losing Tommie Harris
2. You don't even have an adequate QB (aside from your punter).

I could watch the Bear's playoff run, but I think I'm busy for those three hours. :p

i know it really hurts to have only this 1 win to make your season dogue so enjoy it.
And we don't need ya to watch our playoff run, cuz you'll be hearing plenty about it .

Losing Harris meh, everyone has injuries and we ain;t crying
about it.
And i'm kinda glad grossman blew it. hopefully they'll go to the veteran that can read defenses better. I said before and i'll say it again i prefer Griese

:D
