You better hope so. If the Pens string together enough goals to get to the Leafs, it's all over for your boy Matthews.
While the Pens core is not as young as the Leafs core, it is certainly better.

Well, we got 3 thirty goal scorers and 6 over 20. Don't think you can say that. Would be a good series, but....Leafs in 6. Better deffense and Freddie is way better high glove.

Man I'd love that, but mostly because that would mean the Pens beat the Caps.... again.
Pens - Leafs would be a great series, but it does scare me because Sid has like 60 points in 40 games against the Leafs. It's like Ovie vs the Leafs, they both always have great games against them.
Having said that, I'll take a conference final against anyone and be happy.
I'm patient. We went from last place to lottery winner, to giving the Caps a fight in last year's first round. To get to the second round this year is a victory.
I love the playoffs, it's a new season, anything can happen.
Yeah, totally made your last two consecutive Stanley cups enjoyable.

Really, it breaks down to the rights to operate an NHL franchise moving , not a transplant of the same old same old. They keep who they want, dump who they don't. New culture. New town. New team. Atlanra is only where the paper used to reside.

You can see it on the NHL players faces. The hours themselves spent on busses when coming up would sure hit home to them.
