410s have no wheels. If I were to go modular it would be with 210s

I have a lightweight roller platform I put under my 410 to move it. Same footprint. Problem solved. So easy.
I thought the same as I have a d800. I've been using a darkglass b3k to brighten the tone a bit. I have a streamer stage 2 and was using rotosound route 66 strings. Just changed over to some ernie ball slinky cobalts and holy %#&÷ there is all the brightness you will ever need through the 10's.
I personally never experienced such a difference with a string change.
For an amp with the 10" drivers, if the Mesa seems dark to anyone, then they should certainly avoid the Quilter, which has been mentioned as an option. It might not be a terrible option for a P with flats player, but it's got a rounded off top end that I could never get used to.

I couldn't imagine the output you'd get from a pair of Four10's or from an Eight10!Nor could I imagine ever needing that level of output.
Although I would LOVE to play through that kind of rig just once. drool

Pics already posted earlier in this thread. Basically just a base with decent size castors on it. Works a treat.
I always use a furniture dolly under my bass cabs to decouple them from the floor and also so that I can move them easily when trying to get setup on a tight stage. Think mine cost a whopping $15 bucks at the hardware store, it is light and has heavy casters. To move cabinets any distance I prefer a hand-truck but the dolly works well, too.
I just bought an Ampeg Pf20t and would like to know if a BareFaced 10CR would be a good match for it. I'm looking for a clean warm tone.
I've never been to OK but, if I ever go there, I just might have to do that.
The 10crs match beautifully with tube amps. I have used both my One 10 and Four 10 with an Ampeg V4b which is tonally similar to the PF20 and they are a great fit. If I was you I would be considering a One 10 or a Two 10 with that amp, you will be pleasantly surprised how deep and punchy the combination is.
Try it with 2 One10's. They'll sound 3 times better than a single cab. . . at least!!
I've got 2 Super Compacts (which is close) and these cabs sound good with a TH500.
IMO they sound even better with my AG700.
That's a good point. A Super Compact and a Super Midget might be a good combo for me. Some of my gigs are really small and I need something for DB gigs as well. I think I'm officially GASing....
Is the difference in the 2 heads the class D power amp?
I'm thinking of pairing (2) one 10 cabs with a streamliner 900. This will result in a 4ohm load. Each one 10 is rated to handle 500w max I believe. Will each cab receive 900w, or is it split between the two (450w each)?
